I didn’t buy my tablet from aliexpress but, would you mind posting here if they do in fact give you instructions to convert windows to 64bit?

 

I have the 32bit version at the moment.

As a side note, I can also confirm that they’ve allocated a gig of the memory to the graphics card. 3gb for the system 1gb for the gpu.

Hello. I too have received the DHL tracking number by VC MALL. They sent my Hi10 two days ago. Check on the website but the number of DHL Track is still unknown. Reading the net and here on the forum, the number of track should be activated by DHL after a few days. So it should not be false. I wait two more days to get confirmation of my Tracking Number. I live in Italy (Sardinia). Hopefully arrive before Christmas but I doubt. If my Hi10 will come with Windows 32bit, I also open dispute with VC MALL.

Well they told me that mine was 64 bts, and that they send  it about 2 days ago, i have just read your other message and i think that i will wait 7 days for the track but if i have ordered other items from chinese shipment or something like that, how much do you think it will take to be able to track em? yea this is my first bought from internet and im a little bit scared

Hello friend, as we know, now there is not tablet have the 64 bit windows system, But the Chuwi is solving the problem, and they got a great progress, I believe it will be the first tablet with 64 bit windows system, now only little problem didn’t solved. Because you order it via DHL, so we think you must need the tablet in urgent, so we send the 32 bit one to you at first, but please don’t worry. The Chuwi factory will come out a specific course and firmware in their web to help to upgrade to 64 bit. Hope understanding friend
