Windows 10 1803 killed my WIFI

Sorry but if this helps it killed my start menu 1804 did, it doesn’t work or settings and explorer is in a crashing loop. Not even a factory reset fixes it. Typical MS, one step forward and 3 back!

 

For your issue try a driver restore in the drivers page using doubledriver.

see, the trick is look what other brands might have the same problem and solved it.
under the hood they are pretty much the same components.
