Thankyou Thamrong. I just wanted to confirm that this worked for me. Changing the SD Host Controller driver to the Intel SD Host Controller (Deprecated) got the MicroSD card slot detecting my 64Gb Sandisk card again under Windows 10 on a Cube iwork 10. It seems like whatever the new driver is that windows wants to use is not compatible with the micro SD slot.
Much the same as a lot of people here, my microSD card worked fine initially, but then after switching between windows and android a few times, it just stopped recognising that a card was even in the slot.
