We checked every tablet before shipment and they are all working well, so we have no idea if it caused in transit. Since the issue had occured already, let’s work together to sort it out.
Previously we have customers who met the same issue as you and it had been fixed by the following steps, please give it a shot and keep me posted.
Step1:
Charge the tablet fully and then keep pressing “power” button and “volume up” button at the same time, it will go into a page to choose OS.
Step2: Re-install windows(Only the tablet can go to a page to choose OS by step1, this step can be operational)
