I finally got the 32bit BIOS: https://www.dropbox.com/s/cib36w1vm8cioxs/Hi10%2032-bits%20BIOS.rar?dl=0
How do I strip down the .exe and .103 file to some files to put on a bootable usb and run in FreeDOS(just like the 32to64bits files!!!)?April 5, 2016 at 12:16 pm #32104These guys are a JOKE! They gave me the exact BIOS i flashed and got into this problem!
As expected, when i try to flash the files from them, I get this:

Chuwi replied to my request of old 32 bit BIOS in the hope of fixing the flashing / flickering problem. I will share with you the link:
Hi , I am sorry to hear that , you can download this : https://www.dropbox.com/s/gr7hr1kb4pbzlah/HI10%20BIOS%20%20serial%20number%201028.rar?dl=0
I will look into it now… and flash it…hopefully the tablet will be functional again.

April 4, 2016 at 12:20 pm #31938I have the exact model…first batch…installed 32 to 64 bios…files from this forum and fucked the display ..now is constantly flashing / flickering.
My advice….just enjoy the few months of functionality of these tablets with 32bit Windows and 3 gb RAM!!!
PS: attached a picture with the BIOS version which caused the flickering!
I must say: ONLY a fool would buy from CHUWI again after this JOKE of market scheme! (releasing unfinished products with shitty windows 32bits on a 4GB RAM!)

March 31, 2016 at 7:12 am #31455Hey @nemix
The new driver .4352 does not fix the flashing problem i have. Any other idea of fixing it?
I really think it’s the bios, since the moment i updated it…the flickering did not stop! Any idea how I can put my hands on the old version of bios?
Regards,
Adrian

March 28, 2016 at 4:33 pm #31120Hey @mikaboshi ,
I have the same problem now with my tablet a V200 version, first batch as well! When i connect it to an external monitor, the external monitor works just fine, but the screen of the tablet is still flickering / flashing. Have you fix the issue? What’s the status of the tablet.
ps: i have bios 603
Best regards
March 28, 2016 at 2:25 pm #31111hey @alxboz
I have the same HI10 as you do, v200, the first batch. I updated the bios to 603 and put the windows 10 image available in this threat. The wifi works okey, no issues, I also updated the display drive to Intel(R) HD Graphics_20.19.15.4352.
My big problem is that the display is flickering a lot! the moment it booted with the new bios 603 it started. The HD graphics update of the driver made no improvement.
Any idea how to fix the flickering?
October 21, 2015 at 9:56 am #13820How is the tablet? Are you happy with the x16HD, any regrets? I am considering buying the 64gb 3g version. Looking forward to your opinion, good or bad.
