<p style=”text-align: justify;”>Have you edited the Registry before?</p>

March 14, 2016 at 6:10 pm #29379spzjulien… could some of the problems be related to the changes made by the Root process? I never tried a Root on an Android device, but I read lots of articles about that and almost all alerts that it could cause problems. On the Windows matter, I have made several installs and reinstalls on some of different previous versions (before 8) and I came from MS-DOS… :-)))). On this, I don’t remember of any hardware problems.
Now, on a dual device, I guess problems could double if one changes the original software. Usually, specific software are made for specific hardware and compatibility with other devices/software are not always assured.
March 14, 2016 at 4:40 pm #29366My situation is… (I have A5C8
Initially I had problems with a 16GB card from Samsung. I made the BIOS update according to specified here. I have now Windows 10, updated and original ROM on Android. The 16GB worked on both Systems. Meanwhile, I bought a 64GB card, brand Integral and it works fine also on both systems. Even switching from Android to Windows and vice-versa.
So, maybe now the problems are related to capacities bigger than 64GB.
March 2, 2016 at 11:49 am #27733Hi.
Maybe this is the right place…
I also have a X98 Plus and also with the SD problem on Windows 10.
I tried 5 different cards of 64Gb at 2 stores.
Sandisk, Emtec, Toshiba and Integral not recognized at all. Samsung recognized, but I didn’t check if it accepts data, just checked the recognition.
I only got the brands, not the complete specs of those cards, but since the first 4 were on sell, I think they were all Class 10, maybe some were SDHX. The Samsung was a card not on sell, they have it at the store and allow me to check it since the others were not working.
I also check a 16Gb Samsung SDHC card that I have from another smartphone. This one is recognized but doesn’t work, that is, there’s a sound when it is inserted and it appears in File Explorer, as SD Card, but Windows don’t recognize it’s capacity and after some time it disappears from the list. So, it’s useless. However, it works fine on Android part.
Two other old cards are recognized and working fine: one with 248 Mb and another with 4 Gb (brand Team, SDHC, Class 6).
