    i can only suggest what i did with my vi8:

    reset the OS as if you were going to throw the tablet away. set it to french in the process

    than update to win 10 from windows update.

    thats it

    i upgraded to win10

    everything worked fine

    then u did something stupid and deleted the “raw” partitions i later found out were the android partions!

    is there a shorter way to get android back without reflashing the tablet?

    i am afraid to lose windows in the process and end up with a brick!

    can anyone help please . i like this tablet.

    i have the android icon on windows and the android option when on+volume up but of cours they lead nowhere…

    do not i repeat do not delete the raw patitions ! it will kill android. only do it if you want windows alone

    i did the same mistake. deleted the raw partitions on widows that belong to android and ruined android!

    if you turn the tablet on with volume button pressed you get the option to start wit windows or android. chose windows

    if you learn hw to regain android or reflash for anroid +8.1 let me know

    nicely enough win10 fixed the problem automaticaly

    now sd card works fine . i formated it exFAT so i can load large files on it (like the win10 instalation file i put first on a flash drive over otg micro usb)

    the driver that did not work fine on win 8.1 does not work with win10 either

    it is the same old microsft sd card driver from 2006!

    driver doyble itself on the device manager one with the famouse yellow triangle!
    any solution?
    i can use the sd card with android but not with win 8.1 or 10
    anybody got an idea. can the solution come with the bios? the flash file??

    i did not need any special drivers

    just ran widows update and accepted the offer to upgrade to win10

    followed the instructions. few reboots and everything works fine and faster
