Everything was fine until I updated Windows to the newest version. Now no wifi networks are found anymore. I tried reinstalling the original wifi drivers twice, as has already worked before, but this time it didn’t help.
Please help!
February 26, 2016 at 8:59 pm #27202Have all of you actually updated Windows 10 to the newest version?
The last time I did that it messed up my whole Power Management. Someone said on page 2 of this thread, that the voyo a1 plus doesn´t cope well with the newest windows versions. That´s why I disabled updates, but having all updates disabled isn´t probably very safe in the long run.
2. question: How can I enable the screen keyboard? When I am in tablet mode and want to write something, it doesn´t show.
February 16, 2016 at 10:50 am #26126Wow, I can´t believe, I got everything to work. I think I reinstalled Windows about 5 times, but now everything is working.
Only problem I have is, that Windows asks me to activate. I installed the build version posted on page 2.
I didn´t enter a product key, but there is one listed in the settings menu, but it doesn´t seem to be accepted by windows. Any clues?
February 12, 2016 at 1:25 am #25766Thanks to this forum I have been able to get my Voyo A1 Plus working again. It worky like a charm now.
However there is still one device without drivers in the device manager and none of the drivers from both driver packs (A1 Plud + Ultimate) seem to be working.
I am missing the battery icon in the task bar and need help installing it. I assume it could be connected to the missing drivers.
February 11, 2016 at 8:32 am #25685Ok, I managed to install wifi. Thank you for the tips. How did you install the Touchscreen? I still have a few unknown devices in hardware manager. I have tried Driver Booster already.
February 10, 2016 at 3:29 pm #25619Thanks, but there is no executable file in the wifi folder. I can only install via device manager and thus can’t install twice. Any more suggestions?
February 10, 2016 at 3:13 pm #25615Hi! Now I’m facing the same issues with wifi as you guys. I installed new Windows 10. I installed the wifi drivers from the source you posted but networks are not detected. I tried to delete drivers again for reinstall, but Windows automatically installs them after restart. What can I do? I used proper drivers from Voyo driver pack and installed in Device Manager. I also changed ibss mode as suggested above.
February 5, 2016 at 7:36 pm #25078Someone else mentioned on Page 2 that he had Power Management and Sleep issues after updating Windows 10 to a newer build and downgrading solved the issue. My question is, how do I downgrade?
February 5, 2016 at 6:28 pm #25072Hi! I hope someone can help me here. I bought the A1 Plus (not ultimate) tablet and have a problem with it. Waking up from sleep mode often takes an eternity, but the biggest problem is that I always get “Driver State Power Failure” when I try to reboot or shut down the device.
I installed all the newest Windows 10 updates, because I hoped, this would fix it. (Winver says Version 1511, OS Build 10586.71)
I tried to reset windows, but every time I try to reset it, it crashes during restart, saying “Driver Power State failure”.
I booted in safe mode and checked hardware manager and deleted some drivers (Intel serial IO Uart Controller, bcmfn2 Device), which had a yellow exclamation mark next to them. I didnt know which new drivers to install, but deleting them didnt fix the problem either.
I disabled “fast startup” because someone mentioned this might be causing the problem. Didnt help either.
Does someone know what else I could be doing? I like the tablet and dont want to send it back to China for 50$.
Does your tablet also take an eternity to wake up after sleep mode?
