I have another problem. BAD_POOL_HEADER happens once a day. Any ideas?
I think its solved.
I used this drivers from page 4 thanks. http://www.megafileupload.com/emoE/win64_154001.exe
February 10, 2016 at 3:13 pm #25615Hi! Now I’m facing the same issues with wifi as you guys. I installed new Windows 10. I installed the wifi drivers from the source you posted but networks are not detected. I tried to delete drivers again for reinstall, but Windows automatically installs them after restart. What can I do? I used proper drivers from Voyo driver pack and installed in Device Manager. I also changed ibss mode as suggested above.
February 10, 2016 at 3:19 pm #25616Hi Ashron,
Try running the wifi installer twice – run installer, once its finished, run again. Make sure you run it as administrator. That should fix it.
February 10, 2016 at 3:29 pm #25619Thanks, but there is no executable file in the wifi folder. I can only install via device manager and thus can’t install twice. Any more suggestions?
February 10, 2016 at 3:36 pm #25620Hi, unzip A1P1.496WIFI.rar > AP6212 > run install.cmd
File is located here. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4EXB7Ngka9pRmlwX3NFLVZaa00/view You must delete any previously installed wifi drivers.
February 10, 2016 at 5:43 pm #25635Guys i also have another problem. Does enyone here beep sound (when bright of the screen isn’t 0 or 100)?
There is theme on the voyo site http://en.myvoyo.com/xiazai/Win%20Pad/A1%20PLUS/jiaocheng/442.html but file with bios is deleted.
In Voyo A1 Plus Ultimate Drivers is file called …bios but i can’t use them.February 10, 2016 at 7:12 pm #25637Alcatrust, the link you posted is for A1 Plus, not A1 Plus Ultimate. That BIOS is for the wrong system.
February 11, 2016 at 8:32 am #25685Ok, I managed to install wifi. Thank you for the tips. How did you install the Touchscreen? I still have a few unknown devices in hardware manager. I have tried Driver Booster already.
February 11, 2016 at 10:20 am #25693hello again, now i have the wifi trouble…resolved thanks helio the 2 times install.cmd works good….the badpool yesterday don`t appear…i dont do nothing…just update windows…but im having some troubles on screen orientation…seems that some times dont work automaticaly….anyone have this issue too?
February 11, 2016 at 2:13 pm #25705Yes, i have. As i know this problem has no soluion you must just reboot system or each time reinstall accelerometer drivers.
February 11, 2016 at 6:38 pm #25735Hi guys. Created a log in to thank you guys. I’ve been creeping this site for a bit since I got my Voyo A1 Plus Ultimate. Through trial and error and referencing this site, I managed to get Windows 10 Enterprise installed and working perfectly. (Hint: don’t mess with the bios, unless you know what all that stuff is.)
I posted instructions on what I did on reddit ——-> https://www.reddit.com/r/tablets/comments/4278qk/voyo_a1_plus_ultimate_reinstall_windows/
Couple of questions though…
- Has anyone got the “Intel Driver Update Utility” to actually work? I can’t for the life of me get it to work. It always fails to install graphics driver update.
- Is the bios up to date? Is there a new version? And how do I do it?
- I took off the bottom and saw that there is an extra port on the mobo. Looks like an m.2 port. I tried sticking a m.2 ssd hdd in it, but its not recognized… I think it might just be for accessories (wifi, bt, etc…). It would be rad if we could install an ssd there… more space and faster!
- Anyone able to download the files from the voyo website? Where can I find them without moving to china? LOL
Thanks.

However there is still one device without drivers in the device manager and none of the drivers from both driver packs (A1 Plud + Ultimate) seem to be working.
I am missing the battery icon in the task bar and need help installing it. I assume it could be connected to the missing drivers.
February 12, 2016 at 10:42 am #25794I have read all the posts and downloaded all the drivers and am having the wifi issue
I have tried so many times and think I’ve ruined windows system.
So I’m trying reinstall windows to try again
But the voyo a1 plus (non ultimate) .. Has no command installer file so I’m unsure to try it with the ultimate driver pack or not.
Any tips please
Despite!

Hi have read your post at reddit thanks for the info about the windows version.
I have hade problems with BAD_POOL_HEADER and it was related to the display drivers.
I used this drivers from page 4 . http://www.megafileupload.com/emoE/win64_154001.exe
After that turn of autoupdate. And reinstall wifi drivers. Haven’t had problems for a couple of days.
February 12, 2016 at 3:19 pm #25806What tablet do you use? A1Plus or A1Plus Ultimate?
I use Non Ultimate…
I cannot get wifi to correctly work. Have red x and no shown wifi in range.
Help!
