    Gearbest don’t have a solution for me and are offering a full refund or replacement so it’s most likely just completely dead.

    So it’s been a few days now and I’ve tried everything I can think of to get this working. I haven’t opened up the laptop because I don’t want them to have any kind of grounds to say something is my fault. I’ve sent an email to Gearbest explaining the whole situation, along with a video showing the non-responsive laptop.

    Thanks for the responses guys. I’ll let ye know how I get on.
