    BEWARE WINDOWS UPDATE COULD BRICK YOUR CHINESE TABLET AND MICROSOFT INFORM ME THAT THEY DO NOT PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THEM. GO FOR ANDROID.

    I have a the same problem. I go the drivers from http://jumper.com.cn/download.php but have no idea how to install them. Any help would be great.

    was sent this link http://jumper.com.cn/download.php which was for the driver downloads I think I need but have no idea what to do with them. Any help would be very welcome as was hoping to get this Tablet working for tomorrow when my wife goes abroad.

    I got this Tablet for my wife to take abroad with her, she goes on Tuesday, but it is no good without the touch screen working.  Has anyone found a solution to this problem or should I just bin it?

    Thanks for the reply, I have tried them but no joy. I opened them and copied to a folder on my desktop then opened device manager and Human Interface Devices then HID-compliant touch screen, update driver and searched in the folder but it did not fix the touch problem. Is this the way to do it or am I doing it wrong?

    EZpad 4s pro x5-8350 64GB 4GB.  I have the touch problem after updating windows 10 and can’t find the drivers.  Did anyone find a solution for this problem?</h3>
