Yep, I started having the same problem.
Even when the charger is plugged the tablet just powers off.
And I am not doing something “intense” when that happens.
I have the 64GB version – win 10, no android

September 17, 2015 at 1:11 pm #11565Thank for the vid tutorial, but after copying the files to a fat32 usb there is no USB boot option ( only win, android and efi ).
Is there something specific that I need to do to the usb ?
I am using the 64gb tablet version
ps: did you notice some improvements or some more supported OS’s with this new bios ?
September 16, 2015 at 5:21 pm #11520Is there any tutorial on how to update BIOS?
Thanks

July 31, 2015 at 9:41 am #8071Run the double driver program exe
So it’s a program and not the name of the archive.Ok, got it now.
Thanks
Any news on the activation ?
July 31, 2015 at 8:51 am #80587. Download and run double driver and restore all the drivers from the download on this forum. I tried individually restoring drivers and got in a boot loop but doing the whole lot should work.
Can you please give some more details on this step? I’ve downloaded the double driver and extracted them to desktop.
Then in device manager there where a lot of “unknown devices” so I selected one of them and “update drive software…” and selected the extracted folder with the drivers, but it didn’t work – the updating window never finished ( I left it for over an hour and still was updating ).So I rebooted and boot loop – tried already 4 times to reinstall win and it’s getting really frustrating.
Could you please suggest a solution?
Thanks
If you have a tablet with a legal version of Win 8.1 which is activated you can use the tool to upgrade to Win 10, Win 10 will be automatically activated
Unfortunately the upgrade option without a clean install from USB isn’t working for me – at some point it stops with a “failed to install” message – could someone confirm that his worked for them ON THIS TABLET
ps: trying this with Win 10 Pro
July 29, 2015 at 3:18 pm #7774How do you get the “upgrade to windows 10” notification as I don’t have that?
On my “normal” windows 8.1 laptop I have this notification like for a month now and I very interested to test win 10 on this table. But why I don’t get the notification ?July 29, 2015 at 3:17 pm #7773“I till can’t get the tablet to boot from a USB drive. I make my bootable drive (this time Win 8.1 x86 in Rufus) and in the boot manager only the Windows and Android boot options show up. Any ideas?”
I have the same question. When trying to select the USB to boot I only see windows and android options.
