First keyboard now has two failed USB ports.  Second keyboard failed totally (both on different CM+ tablets).  They are sh!t products.  Now have purchased the USB Hub controller IC (GL850G) and will have to sharpen up my SMD soldering skills.

Thanks fewt.  I saw that video the same day as I posted the original question.  Will try it when both usb ports fail… until then its not worth the risk of pulling the keyboard apart.

Swapped keyboards with a second unit and the second keyboard works.  Issue is confirmed on CDK09 keyboard and not the tablet or windows drivers.

Surely its not that simple… copying the Win10 folder onto a USB stick.  That’s not how backups normally work.

Is the downloadable image for Cube Mix this very format you are talking about?   This would be factory reset.

Can someone try to make an image of their tablet and let us all know how it goes… acronis, ghost, clonezilla etc

Has no-one tried to make an image of the SSD on this tablet?

Can anyone confirm the tablet will boot to cd rom?
