Sorry guys, i have same situation now. with original rom i was able to see the correct partitons. After i edited the gpt.ini to try to create a bigger android_data partiton with Remix os flashed i have the same result…see attachment.

Before i had a granular partiton-overview in gparted.

I will check what happened and give a feedback.

    Thanks 李嘉图,

which tool is the best to edit the system.img? when i try it with RMXTools iam not able to reflash it beacuse of bit/size-error.

i want the whole storage space for data-partition. in the moment there is a big unallocted space at the end of flashstorage where windows had been saved before.

thank you fo any reply. Have a nice new week!

I ask Chuwi-support whether there will be an update to Remix OS 3.0 (Marshmallow).

    Here is the previous answer.

“The Chuwi Vi10 Plus doesn’t support the update from Remix 2.0 to Remix 3.0 now.”

    Hello guys,

after two days with Remix OS 2.0 on the Teclast Tbook10 (E6N5) i want to write a little tutorial how to bring Remix OS on the device. important is that you came from original stock rom.

Info: You do everything by your own risk.

    1. First you have to download and install the following Intel software/driver components. Be sure you installed the Windows drivers for Intel/Android in “Windows extend bootoption” where no driver signature is required.

    Download: http://www109.zippyshare.com/v/zof9krJm/file.html

    2. Then download and extract the stock rom from teclast (E6N5) (you will need only the Android folder)

    Download: https://1drv.ms/f/s!AtprAlErUyChgUaA4FYcvB1rAGi6

    3. Download the prepared img-files (system, boot and recovery) and replace the old one in the folder of the stock rom.

    Download-1: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BxD9eirUKNfybThOb3c5SFlhTWs
    Download-2: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxD9eirUKNfyb3hScXpVT2lkQUE/view?usp=sharing

Info: All work and files are from  gogobody alias 李嘉图 thank you!

    Original-Thread: http://bbs.teclast.com/thread-748399-1-1.html

    4. When Files are replaced boot the Tablet into the Fastboot-Mode. (When the tablet is completely powered off – Press and hold Vol (-) and Power on) – (Press and hold Vol (-) again at first Android Bootlogo).

    5. Now connect the tablet with high quality micro usb cable to your computer and start the “Intel Phone Flash Tool”. If the device is proper connected you will see it as “devices detected”.

    6. Click on “browse…” and choose the “flash.json” file in the rom folder.

    7. Click on “Start to Flash” and the tablet will reboot into bootloader with unlocked state and the tool begins to flash.

    8. After flashing is finished the tablet reboots again. Now you can diconnect the usb cable. You have to wait up to 10 minutes for first boot.

maybe later i will add some pictures.

    Hello guys,

after flashing all files (System.img, Boot.img (E6N5) and recovery.img) with Intel Phone Flash Tool the tablet works perfect. wifi, bluetooth, sound, sd-card support and touchscreen with brightness adjustment are working! later i will tell more about my expirience with remix os an Tbook10 (E6N5).

important is that you came from the Teclast stock-rom. My first try of flashing Remix failed because i was on an unsupported Onda-rom.

Big thanks to gogobody alias 李嘉图 for your perfect work!

    Hello 李嘉图,

thanks for your post. Is there already a ported Remix OS for the Tbook10? i tried the Remix OS 2.0 for the “Onda OBook 10” from Jide directly because it has quite the same hardware except the display.

With this ROM the display works but not correct. Everything else (Wifi, BT, Sound, Storage, SD Card) works correctly.

it would be very nice if you post the link to ported Remix OS version for Teclast Tbook10 because its the last chance to get a usable tablet with tbook10 😉

    greetings

    donF

    Hello gentlemen,
i was able to reflash my EPROM of Tbook 10 with an bios backup. As its shown in thread: TECHTablets Unbrick Teclast x98

all you need is an CH341A programmer with connection cable and EPROM- chip-clib.

A correct bios image is attached. Thanks to pete84 for uploading the bios image. this is your merit! Downloadlink: http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=79803607492286945536

Install CH341A-programmer-software-1.29 and USB Drivers (Windows 10/8 – for correct installation you have to boot into the modus where no driver-singatrue is needed – extended rebootoptions of Windows os)

    btw: its your own risk!

    1. Open your Tablet with a little plec. (going arround the frame) There is no glue or anything. Simple to dismount.
    2. For chiptype choose manufacturer: GIGADEVICE and model: GD25Q64.
    3. Connect everything correctly to tablet/ EPROM Chip.
    4. First read the actual flashed bios to save it into a file (backup).
    5. Than erase the actual bios from chip.
    6. After that open and write the tbook10.bin file to chip may you can verify the flashed data
    7. Disconnect everything und boot your tablet.
