The problem seems solved but i have another one…
When i try flash boot image i get this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>fastboot flash boot rootmod_boot.img
target reported max download size of 268435456 bytes
sending ‘boot’ (10976 KB)…
OKAY [ 0.476s]
writing ‘boot’…
FAILED (remote: Flash failure: Not Found)
finished. total time: 0.604sI think this could be important:
The command “adb reboot-bootloader” is not working… I need to enter in fastboot mode manually
I do not know if this make OEM locks again (when i reboot device i check it is locked)…Any tips?
Tanks!!
April 23, 2020 at 3:41 pm #182956My iwork stopped recognizing the Sd card. It is not a problem of the card or from the slot because in windows everything works fine.
It has another problem: When I try to turn it off it stays forever in the information “Disconnecting” but it never happens. I have to force it to turn off.So i decided to root and install another rom but I have a problem:
When I run adb devices I have the expected answer: 0123456789ABCDEF device
But when I run adb reboot fastboot nothing happens …I’ve tried to enter fastboot manually but I’m not sure if I’m doing well:
1. Power + Volup + Voldown i get a yellow message: dnx fastboot mode, but when I run adb devices I have no answer
2. Voldown after dual boot selection. I am on a screen with android and various information (including that my bootloader is unlocked) but when I run adb devices I have no answer
I would appreciate some guidance !!
Thanks!!
October 10, 2016 at 10:36 pm #54636did you tried the METHOD 2 from here? —> https://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-disable-the-windows-10-lock-screen/ ( in case is removed for link violations —-> (add http etc at the start and remove blank spaces where present) .cnet. com / how-to / how-to-disable-the-windows-10-lock-screen /
Thanks… solved the lockScreen problem!!!
But now the Start Session screen continues to appear (always appears after the lockscreen). I already removed the password with netplwiz command… but the screen appears at same and i have to select “start session”.
It´s possible also remove this?

Sorry but I do not understand your “Lol”…
September 27, 2016 at 12:57 pm #51003Assuming the iWork 10 is a Windows tablet, you won’t be able to connect the same way you can an Android device. Essentially, treat the iwork as you would any separate PC, i.e. you can transfer files via USB sticks, local network shares, cloud services or other similar means. (In principle, there could/should be ways to set up a LAN via USB, but I think most other methods are simpler and probably more appropriate for the simple purpose of transferring files).
Yes it is a windows tablet.
Thanks for your answer… explains my connection problem…
But if i want, for example, root iwork, how does the pc recognizes it?
Can you please take a look on my other problem:
Thanks for your help!!
