This is driving me nuts.. I’ve tried several times, using this UpdateIFWI application to flash dualboot bios. But nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong? I’m on Mireks v6.0

Help, anyone? How did you manage to reduce the voltage to 1.8V?

I did not manage to do so, however, I did manage to just flash anyways.

I managed to get it to boot into LinuxMINT on the USB stick now. But it wont detect my “hdd” or stuff like that..

You can follow this post, created by me, on the LinuxMINT forums for further instructions : http://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?f=46&t=208290

Found a nice post about linuxmint and tablets, but the issue is, the tablet wont boot from the USB with a linux distro on it. But it boots just fine if it’s a Windows USB installation..

Nvm my previous post. The tablet was just decharged. Plugged it into the charger for an hour and tried to start it and boom, it started as before.

Is there any chance to flash back the following BIOS in Android? I have done it in Windows after my cameras are not supported by the BIOS 2.02 but I have failed. Now the tablet is only booting to Android. I cannot select OS because bootscreen is not displayed after pressing the Volume and Power keys.

You can try to change the bios with the UpdateIFWI.apk

    http://techtablets.com/forums/topic/no-update-ifwi/

A download link for the application is in that topic.
