Which way did you update the drivers? I wouldn’t trust device manager to update them as well as something like driver booster 5 this is what i did instead i found some device manager driver updates were already outdated or introduced some problems with cpu usage for some reason.

I’m too waiting for a 256gb ssd to arrive not sure how to clone the contents yet but it claims to be 560mbs write and 430mbs read i believe from transcend they have tow different models for some reason the one ending with an s is the newer faster version amazon uk just got stock and fair price compared to other companies like ztc and 3 year warranty, i couldn’t find anything larger than 512gb that is from a reliable brand.

It doesn’t look like you ppurchased the right one for the needs.

type c port isn’t 12v or anywhere high enough.

the other ports perhspas are high enough but the type c doesn’t look right.

i just started charing on type c today with a new charger from inateck 30w with two additonbal usb a ports it seems to be very good so far.

Ive charged 10% in 13 minutes battery bar chowing charge rate at 11,574 actually 18 minutes so just under 3 three hours with usage just basic browsing web and emails probabyly even faster without being used sorry about spelling and other others errors i cant see the text for some reason today its white on white don’t know why on this page its only been a problem here.

charge rate fgoes between 11,574 and 15,00 or so 15,574 ive seen it peak at depending n use and brightness but only briefly

Early on it’s life of sale they didn’t have anything other than the f6 pro in stock they shipped out the orders of the accessories much later for some reason, but i did get mine earlierthi sweek dfor some reason now I’m typing in this text box and i cant see what I’m writing 😉

I’ve been searching for an upgrade finding either 42mm or 22×42 or 2242 brings up results however not many options exist and knowing reliable brand to choose is another game altogether.

Transcend seems to be the highest performance drive around with 560mbs write and 300mbs read. ZTC seems to be another viable choice but Kingspec and another King brand seem to be on the low end of price and probably wont be very good.

 

Personally I’m concerned about the heat that these SSD produce near other components and I’ve instead gone for a USB solution and will get steam games to install to this instead. I’ve ordered a ADATA 256gb for £78 last week which will be 400mbs read and write speeds if not faster and I’ve already got a 256gb SSD in the form of a thumb drive all-beit a rather wide one but fits well and doesn’t get in the way of other ports as some reviews suggest well perhaps the headphone port or hdmi but I don’t plan to use those often and could always use a hub.

I’ve had one package despatched but it seems they’ve not sent on quicker delivery option to catch up with the delivery time and the other order in which I’ve received the notebook they’ve still not despatched that gift pack. They replied and confirmed I will be sent the other shortly so I hope that is shipped today and arrives as quickly as the notebook arrived.
