This is a common problem. As you will see on the forums. I have it with a Kingspec 256Gb and ended up using EMMC to boot and the SSD as a D: drive.

Additionally the regular AHCI driver struggles with SSDs so you need to install either the N3450 AHCI driver

Additionally there is now a thread to collect all of the issues on the various SSDs to see if a fix can be found.

I’m in the exact same boat with the kingspec 256Gb. Great when it boots but a pain when it decides to dump. Using EMMC and SSD for backup.
