I finally got tired of not being able to use the Tablet and shipped it back to Gearbest. it seems that they are shipping a really bad lot.
I could not get rid of the shutdown problem and had no response for touch issues. so finally just sent it back…

i am going to try bios update first. lets see if that helps. after that when i recieve the screw driver i will do that also.June 25, 2016 at 10:45 am #41948my results are little better then daniels.. but as i have usually had same results on my desktop usb 3.0 i thought its fine. as for usb 2.0 on my desktop i have never seen speeds beyond 12 mbps. so dont know what to think…

You must be logged in to view attached files.June 25, 2016 at 10:41 am #41946was anyone able to solve this issue? i m having same problem and only in windows. tablet works normally then sudden death. if i try to start it up again at that point, the only way a successful start is possible if i attach the charger.. if anyone have found a solution that does not involve an open heart surgery then please help. i m a little apprehensive of opening up just as i have recieved it..

Hi mayur, would you mind running CrystalDiskMark on your USB 3.0 drive and posting the actual speed? It’s not that I don’t believe you, but I would like to verify that it’s not just an impression. If Chuwi really did fix this, some of us will want to exchange ours under warranty! Thank you.
i will try to do the tests tomorrow at the earliest… i too am curious of the benchmarks.. i do have a pic of the usb doing 40 mbps.. while copying a file
June 22, 2016 at 3:13 pm #41730i have just gotten my tablet this evening after 45 days, of shipping of which 20 days went by in the customs. i haven’t gotten a chance to try everything but i did try the usb otg. usb-c works like a charm. i got normal usb 3.0 speeds i get on my desktop. using a sandisk usb 3.0 drive. so chuwimhas definetly used usb 3.0 port there..
i will try to post a review later next week…
any idea how to get sdcard working again? it worked initially but after sometime it has stopped working in windows. i tred to check the drivers but nothing doing…
