Hi people, here is my problem with VC Mall
I bought a Chuwi Vi10 on AliExpress website in October 2015. The seller wants me to pay a little bit more few days after making the purchase (he told me that my order will be more expensive because of my spanish keyboard, but nowhere was written that one had to pay extra money for that) . I didn’t accept and finally he send me the package. I had a problem with the tablet so I contacted to the seller. I did EVERYTHING he told me, step by step I followed all instructions. But nothing works and he said me that I must send it back and pay for the shipping (I asked to the company who sends me the tablet (DHL) and it was so expensive, It costs to me double of tab’s price!) so I couldn’t send it. I opened a dispute and I went to a computer expert. The time was running and I had no answer from himat the time I need. The seller offers me € 27,28( the tablet’s price was €155,38) . I thought that the computer expert could fix it and that money will be fine to fix it. Two days ago I recived the diagnosis from the expert and he told me that it was impossible to fix it. The component that is not working 99% of cases is welded to an other essential part of it, so NO WAY. I told that to the seller (in November) but he never answer me, he disappeared. I started contacting help center for almost 15 times untill he stoped the contact. All of representative told me that they will try to help me bla bla bla but NO ONE REALLY HELPED ME. I’m figthing with a wall for 4 months. I’m totally evicted but the worst thing is that I can’t trust on AliExpress and VC Mall anymore. I stoped buying on it and I can’t recomend it to the people I know. Be careful with that websites! I bought something that is not working and they keep my money!
I DIDN’T BE RICH WITH THAT MONEY I ONLY WANT TO HAVE WHAT I PAID FOR.
