are you using the one Carlos posted to Mega? Maybe if it’s your first time to flash and boot loader locked it needs to use recover. In this case Android gets wiped and it will spend a longer time on green robot with gear spinning and antenna wiggling after first reboot.

@Bill.  Yes. I flash with Carlos’file.  I flashed few times already.  But I could not use Update, only Recover works.  So it wipes all data every time. I use Intel Phone Flash Tool version 5.3.4.1 and flash in DnX mode.  Any special instructions to flash as Update?  Thanks.
