Just to let you know that in Teclast’s chinese website you can download both the installation image and the driver files as Attila said. If you just want the touch/pen driver I attach the files here. One of them is the driver version from the official website and the other is pulled from a working tablet. Let me know if any of them helps or you need any other file.
The driver works properly, but the writing recognition is not very good with frequent missing strokes and very poor pencil hover function. What is really strange is that with the default Win10 driver if you press the pen button the hover function works excellent (but no writing), so I think the hardware works fine but they did a very poor job when writing the driver. I tried to contact Teclast several times about the issue, but never got a reply from them…
PS: By the way, the reason I had to reinstall was that the Teclast M.2 SSD started to corrupt data. It seems that the TLC flash memory used in the drive may not have good data retention, so beware and make frequent backups. If the SSD is sold separately it has 3 year warranty, but if sold together with the tablet only 1 year (Teclast does not reply). Doing a complete reformat and reinstallation will solve the SSD access issues… for a while. Since it is easily upgradeable I exchanged it myself for another and no more data corruption problems afterwards.
