DHL still returns tracking number not found. I use DHL very often and still donโ€™t remember how long it takes for the tracking to start working lol.

I work in south-east Asia as trader, and we use DHL China alot.. My experience normally before we are able to track the parcel it takes 5-7 days

So with the seller handling and so on – your package will arrive to you 10-12 days later if you’re located in Europe ๐Ÿ™‚

Sing-post 2-3 weeks to Europe and frequently flying under the customs radar if lucky- if unlucky the customs want you to send them some-kinda ย transfer- documentation which of course will delay it, some days furthermore, if they are in the harsh mood

Then, finally received the tablet from Geekbuying. And guess what, yep, it has the Chinese cracked Windows 8 pro with kmspico. I emailed them and got a reply saying they only have the Chinese version and no English key and they โ€œhope I understandโ€. Well, no I donโ€™t understand. Iโ€™m wondering if I should dispute this with PayPal now? I want a partial refund as now I will have to buy a windows key and will have to go to the effort of uninstalling the Chinese pro version and installing standard windows 8.

Geekbuying Suck’s,, had bad experience with them last year, excuses, bad communication etc.

With Geekbuying I would definitely not hesitate to step it up to a PP dispute, it seems to be the only language they understand ):

It wasn’t the screen, it should be all fine according the Asus dealer-technician
So now I am just waiting a small package from Aliexpress with the programmer and test clip
But that project is postponed a bit, Bali have some quite long holidays going on right now, but hopefully next week the package will arrive
And even more hopeful, it will be the week where C5J6 wake up from the dead again, if not, you can hear me cry out loud ๐Ÿ™‚
Next step will probably be to get over it, lets see ๐Ÿ™‚
The good thing is my Cube T9 have been absolutely flawless from day one, so it keeps me up so far!

yes a PP dispute, get them back to the keyboard ๐Ÿ™‚ unfortunately PP is blocked out here at Indonesia, so I have to rely that the seller have a business pride

As Suggested it could be the screen as well as the bios as well as>

So next step must now be to check out the screen
Is it the connection right below the Wi-Fi antenna ?
Tomorrow I will see if it’s possible to loan a screen somewhere in Denpasar ๐Ÿ™‚

Chris thanks for all the great videos !!!

Don’t buy from Future Electronics on Aliexpress
The packing, wrapping is really poor as in non existing , my Teclast were just dumped in the original paper box, into one of these grey standard plastic envelopes, far away from optimal, and especially when the transit go thru Sweden-Denmark and back to Asia-Jakarta, for thereafter finally be delivered at Bali, you know the package will be nearly oval or without corners ๐Ÿ™‚ furthermore there is no support,, other than, try another charger, put a needle in the reset hole >>>
I recommend as Chris > OKQI= their packages are wrapped to resist a nuclear war.

It’s good to be a prepper ๐Ÿ™‚ I have two friends in Denmark who struggles with different issues on their C5J6 as heating, superfast battery drain, freezing etc.
I don’t know if it have something to do with the product number=general issues or if min is a Monday-Tablet ๐Ÿ™‚

Glad to hear it, I didnโ€™t know that a corrupted flash image could cause such power drain.
I bought my USB flasher in advance, just in case ๐Ÿ™‚

    Thanks for the fast replies
Yes I had the thought about a faulty screen too, any easy way to check it ?
It happened after a windows update, and a lil fiddling here and there, but nothing big ๐Ÿ™‚ yes there was another issue, I couldn’t connect it to my LT !
I’m working in Indonesia right now but will be back Scandinavia in November, so if everything go wrong I will gladly send it to you, at least it can be used for spare parts if the problem shows up to be faulty hardware
But first I will give it a try to flash X98_Air_3G_Dual.zip via the programmer and test clip (there isn’t anything to lose anyway ๐Ÿ™‚
Hopefully it will kick some life into it

All ideas and inputs will be checked out
    So keep them coming ๐Ÿ™‚

PS. If you buy from the seller Future Electronic Aliexpress, or anywhere else at that great site, then hesitate to confirm your order until you’re 99.9% sure everything works perfectly- it can take days to check that out, from that second you confirm, there is no support at all, but I guess its a part of the charm ๐Ÿ™‚
BTW The seller asked me to insert a needle in a hole below volume button, to restart it ????????
