    Hi,

I’m a new customer from Spain who has just recieved a Cube Iwork 10 Type C. I chose the typce c modelo before discovering all the issues about you’re talking in this topic. If I would have known before, I would have gone for the rev.1 version. But anyway, there’s nothing we can do with that except working together to get this tablet to work perfectly.

Until this moment, the only problem I have found with this tablet is that windows doesn’t show any information about the battery, and I cannot access to the energy settings. I think there’s a conflict with the battery drivers and the tablet thinks it’s connected to the ac plug all the time.

If I go to check the adapter propiertes in windows 10, in the battery section I can only find one device called: “Microsoft AC adapter”. Do you also find the same device? Are you able to visualize information from the battery in windows 10?

I would like to contribute to the topic related to this post.
Is there anyway to clarify the hardware that CUBE decided to change in the type C version.? How can we check if the USB C is 3.0? Could we use an OTG cable through the Type C Port and get USB 3.0 speeds? They only include an OTG cable for the micro USB 2.0 port (although it works fine reading a 2.5″ HDD without external power supply) ….

And a last question, do we have access to the Cube Iwork 10 Type C drivers?

Thank you in advanced for your collaboration! 🙂
