    Hi all,

Believe it or not, I actually got a response from Cube/Alldocube’s tech support team about this, and the situation at the moment is that they recommend just using a basic capacitive stylus, which will work for simple jobs like writing. I ordered the Universal Capacitive Stylus from AliExpress but it hasn’t arrived yet. I will give you all an update once it arrives.

But the tablet won’t support advanced stylus features, like the button on the S-Pen, or variable pressure lines, so no good for digital art or anything like that. But it shows that they are listening to their customers, and even reading forums like this, so you never know, they may decide to improve the firmware and provide better support for the stylus down the track?

    Cheers,

    Terry

Absolutely, and definitely good practice with all Windoze updates.

    Settings >>> Update & Security >>> Backup

and you will also see Recovery there as well if you need to revert to 1803.

I am running 1809 and the 1809 ‘Feature Update’ on HP Elitebook and Dell Venue Pro 11 and honestly haven’t noticed any difference to my desktop running 1803 other than the usual bullshit apps that Microsoft insists on forcing on us.

If I need a 3d paint or 3d reader app I can install them myself, and what the Hell is Sway anyway? Apparently we need it?

Hi KaPerry and all, one that has caught my eye recently is the Zueslap X5, great specs for the price but unfortunately I don’t know much about the brand. Maybe someone can help us both out with this?

    Hi Koko,
Thanks for that, that gives us a start. Good point about the office and manufacturer’s warehouse photos, I have noticed that they are popular. 🙂

    Hi Koko,
Thanks for your feedback. I live in Australia and the customs here are a lot more relaxed. Most of the time they won’t even bother charging customs or import tax on items less than $1000.

Main concern is sometime the seller put wrong information about their product, typos everywhere, missed details, and you can’t really trust the displayed photo

Yes, I have found the same thing — I was just looking at a 11.6″ tablet and the image showed 1920x1080p display, while the specs showed 1366×768. The image showed 128gb storage while the specs showed 32gb, and so on. Definitely something to check before buying.

Would you like to list the traders that you have had good experiences from? That would help us all.
