Hi! I was very depressed because my chuwi was unusable. So i decided for a big risk: open my Chuwi as Miika did. I clean the touch connector from the (very copious) glue with a screwdriver and tweezers: Be Careful!!! Than i use a contact cleaner spray, cover the connector with tape (for create a thickness) and close my Chuwi. Now are 2 weeks i use it without problems (more or less). Whatever i can use the tablet rather usefully.

My chuwi touch definitively death! Now i can use it for about 5 minutes and than become crazy! I opened the tablet, check the cable and it appears good. Chuwi suport doesn’t reply to my e-mail, gearbest refunds me only 15$, so the only one solution is purchase a bluetooth keyboard with trackpad, unistall the touch driver and use the tablet as netbook. Very terrible experience with chuwi, i think i prefer buy a classic asus zenpad 10, spend about the same and have a very powerful support to asus.

I tried to disable turbo option. Go to bios (when windows start i keep vol.+) power than disable turbo. I hope this was an heat problem, now are three hours i work with the tablet and i don’t see any phantom touch.

I installed windows 10 and the drivers, but the built in microphone doesn’t work. If i put an external mic no problem, but there isn’t the mic option in the control panel. anyone can help me?
