There is no support from the Onda people.

At the back of the tablet there is a serial number SN.
The tablet version is the 9th and 10th digit of the serial number.
I have a dual os Onda 919 air (win10 and Lollipop 5.1. The android os
does not support Google play services or Google Play Store.I have
installed aptoid in order to be able to install and run non google applications.
For Facebook I use Facebook portable as the Facebook application does not run.

There is no after sales service from Onda. You are at your own. My dual boot Onda air 919 works fine but the Lollipop 5.1 does not work with Google play services or Google Play Store. ( I have installed Aptoid to be able to install and run other applications). The Onda people refused even an advice for fixing the problem. They told me to ask the re-seller! As expected, the re-seller is unable to advise and of course never replied.

1. Get a USB hub.
2.Connect a USB keyboard, a USB mouse and a USB stick with bootable windows 8.1 or 10.
3. Power tablet on and hold down ESC key to enter bios.
4. From bios boot section select to boot from the USB stick.
5. Follow windows installation procedure.

In step 3 you may hold down F7 and choose to boot from the USB stick.

Install aptoid application and use it instead of google play store. Most of the applications will run. Still not possible to add a google account and run some google application.
