i once read somebody in other forums that changing charger (and using type-c charger for a while) solved their random problem of ghost touch: don’t know if this could help you. i don’t want to make you waste money buying something that maybe doesn’t solves, but maybe you have a type-c power charger with PD technology for other devices or some friend could borrow and it worth a try…

for the keyboard i can’t help you: i tried ”1 by ONE” bluetooth keyboard that you could find on amazon and it worked well, but if felt too small for me so i switched to the stock one which is bigger.

maybe a power problem? often problems like ghost touch are related to bad power chargers…

I bought one in aliexpress that can work also with the keyboard. it’s good,  fake leather, but nice.

while i was waiting for the OEM one, I used for a month a ”leicke sharon keyboard”

It’s really cool, and the touchpad it’s large and very usable (more than the OEM one).

also the charge last for a ton of time.

BUT it’s a bluetooth keyboard (once paired, it takes no time to connect: i used it also to digit the PIN loggin windows, cause it connects immediately when the tablet turns on.)         and it doesn’t provide a ”dock” or a stand.    so to use it you need a cover for the tablet which can hold it up.

I’d take the sharon in consideration if you need the use of the touchpad and the stock keyboard one isn’t enough.

(after a month of use, i gave it back to amazon because i preferred to use the stock one, but i still regret that touchpad. it was like the one of my 17,5 inch laptop, same feeling.)
