Can somebody please help me with the E6E9 files….
I’ve been downloading it with jdownloader but all the files are broken….

If you install windows media creation tool or have a win10.iso handy to make a normal practice usb boot disk. Go throught the windows installation to the bit where you have to select partitions and any partitions that say unallocated space select and make new partition(s) then install windows to the 16gb partition. When windows has fully installed you can now install the Official WINPE boot disk.
