I have a similar issue with my tablet, but my screen is pitch black and touch is working. According to the forums a flex cable has gotten lose during the transport, might be a similar issue for you but a different flex cable?

I found a Torx T4 from an old iPhone repair kit which fits fine, but it is such low quality though that it just strips the screws. I live in a rural area where those kind of tools are hard to find, but I’ll visit “the big city” this weekend so I’ll probably be able to purchase a real torx then 🙂

If you paid BangGood with paypal you should be able to make a claim through them if the tablet isn’t working correctly.

I received mine today from Banggood – screen not working. When I plug it in to an external monitor the touch works fine, but the screen is pitch black. Trying to find a solution for this now, I hope you’ll receive a working unit.
