Yes, Im the first who tries with chinese instructions and my HI10 is broken. No charge light, nothing. Dont start, dont boot. I claim to Chuwi and VC Mall and they tell me that there is an easy way to repair. They are making a guide/manual and they will send me asap.

 

If not I will try the SPI interface…

Do not update. They tell me it and the tablet is not going OK. when we finish the tests i will update info.

Command for update the firmware (we need to type it on UEFI Console that appears on USB BOOT): “afuefi.efi BIOS.BIN.603” without quotes.

I am sorry for problem friend, if we have choice, we will send the tablet on the day you order to you, and will send the 64 bit to you at first time. But the factory always delay us, no a seller will make the store as a kidding, I am sorry we were because of the Hi10. But please don’t be worry, actually we got the 64 bit tablet in hand now, if you don’t want the 32 bit one, you can send it back to us for exchange, we can send the 64 bit one to you. And we will afford the shipping fee.

Are you sure you are speaking about Hi10? Hi10 does not come with Android.

Thanks for the information Evil. VC Lemon and another dealers are lying. CHUWI has not confirmed the 64 bits nowhere. The official post have no any reply yet.

Shipment information received can delay from 3 to 1 week. Its only that the seller has informed DHL your information but they have NOT the package. I’ve waited 6 days with this status until today get out from Hong Kong.

Hello friend, as we know, now there is not tablet have the 64 bit windows system, But the Chuwi is solving the problem, and they got a great progress, I believe it will be the first tablet with 64 bit windows system, now only little problem didn’t solved. Because you order it via DHL, so we think you must need the tablet in urgent, so we send the 32 bit one to you at first, but please don’t worry. The Chuwi factory will come out a specific course and firmware in their web to help to upgrade to 64 bit. Hope understanding friend
