On the vi10 it’s Fn/F12

Just started having issues with charging my vi10. Read this and swapped for my Samsung phone’s charger (same amps) and cable. The difference was noticeable instantly. My battery charge is going up whereas a few minutes ago with the original charger and cable it was going down. Argue the physics all you like, the real world experience is enough for me :). Thank guys..

Funny you should say that, mine is a Panasonic. I had heard they have troubles with XBox’s.

But I also tried on my friend’s very early model Samsung and still no joy.

I have adjusted the display settings to project to a second screen. I also tried your suggestion of having the TV plugged in and turned on before I boot the tablet. No luck.

I’m stumped. I don’t fancy my chances doing a warranty claim with Gearbest but I think I might have to try, the HDMI was one of the main features for my purposes.

Received my Vi10 64g from Gearbest a couple of weeks ago. I specifically asked if they could set it up in English for me. It arrived with a dummy user account and all set up in English with Windows working fine.

I realize this doesn’t help you guys, but might save future purchasers. By asking gearbest to set it up in your language they have to get Windows working before they send it out.

Whenever I run a certain app (Dungeon Hunter 5) it turns off at the same point in the game every time. Weird.

Hi. I’m having the same problem.

and it doesn’t work at all with the Chuwi Vi10, but it works with a camera I own, so the cable must be ok to some extent.

Could someone please clarify which cable exactly they have had success with?
