Those BIOS versions are for two different screen models, so if you flash the wrong one you might brick the tablet.

Hi. The dynamic brightness thing is something that can be switched off in the Intels Graphics Options.

And I was able to almost fix the battery level by letting the battery fully drain and letting it rest for about 5 hours. Then charged it and letting it rest again for another hour or two before switching it on again. Now the indicator its much more reliable as the battery is empty at about 12 percent instead of 50.
