The latest version of Ubuntu 23.04b (I used the cinamon version — lunar lobster) saw wifi and other devices perfectly, including the touch screen. In new install, only the orientation sensor and disabling the keyboard in tablet mode do not work.

    No… : – (

The latest version of Linux mint 20.1 also did not help.

The tech support site Teсlast remains silent.

Some experiments suggest that the problem is not with the AC3165 driver, which is known. The problem is in the PCI bus driver “PCI Express Root Port-31D7”, which, according to the dispatcher of Windows, is the parent of the network module. Linix does not know such a device!

a windows 10 installation image is available for download on the official website.

    https://www.teclast.com/en/firmware/

    id number for F6Plus – K3J6

    Full image 10 GB.

Rumored to contain all the necessary drivers and services.

The next day: Checked on myself :- )

The program in pure Chinese takes 5 minutes to do something. DON’T CLICK ANYTHING!

Then the screen saver turns for another 5 minutes. We get a new clean Windows, as from the Chinese factory. Don’t forget to save everything you need in advance.

I ran into the same problem. On Windows, I met tablets that have half of the hardware was not seen until you install the chipset driver. I suppose it’s the same here.

Apparently, we will have to ask the manufacturer to give some hint
