the system and msr(the msr partition i think is the one with 16 mb size) are created when you install the windows, the recovery(the 100 mb one i think) one it’s gone, you don’t need it if you don’t want to recover the windows if something goes wrong(just reinstall the windows if something goes wrong). i didn’t managed to create the recovery partition from the windows installer step.

this is the file. you have to put it in windows\inf. if the touch doesn’t work after coming back to sleep you have to open the file with notepad and modify SleepDisable from 0 to 1. if you have any questions send me a message. also you have to install the driver for touchscreen to work

i updated via windows update with no problems, for so far, i haven’t noticed any problems running this update, but after 1 day i installed a clean version of windows(without the Chinese apps and language)  also with this update via media creation tool from MS site. I can tell you that you should update safely.
