Both USB 3.0 works flawless, yesterday I made 3 backups of my kidz Ipad on th X1 pro 4G on both USB 3.0 ports.
    I bourght it here : http://www.aliexpress.com/snapshot/6911433137.html?orderId=69297644027700

Not the cheapest, but good communication and nice service, she Installed Windows 8.1 English and made a driver dump on the desktop of the win 8.1 drivers. Remember to tell them that you want an Activated win 8.1 English, then you can download the language pack your self.
I installed Win10 and after a lot of work I finally made it work with Win10 as well. You can find the driver dump for Win10 in Chrisse`s Download section.

I just noticed that you are able to get it here as well a little cheaper: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Original-Teclast-X1-Pro-4G-12-2-intel-Core-M-4GB-Ram-128GB-SSD-2560-1600/32350486313.html?spm=2114.01020208.3.1.28lxEh&ws_ab_test=searchweb201556_2_71_72_73_61_74_75,searchweb201527_4,searchweb201560_9

If any one knows how tomopen the X1 pro I would love to try and add a 500Gb M2 msata. Today its possible to buy both 256 and 500gb M2 msata to a nice price. The 256Gb version costs 97,-$ at Aliexpress.

Now been using my X1 pro for almost a month and its my daily friend. I love the screen size and several times a day i use it both with the magnetic keyboard and as regular Tablet when chilling. The speed with the new m2 msata i manged to have a start up time around 3-4 sec…..

4 Gb Ram is more than enough for windows 10. Remember that memory handling in Win 10 is much better than win 8.1.
The build in 4G is a must in a tablet today, who buys a tablet and adds an 4G dongle afterwords and haves that thingy take up 1 usb port. If the LTE band is supported in your country this is a freaking nice piece of kitt. Forget the X2, thats only half of a tablet just because of the missing 4G.

Only time it was stressed was when doing some grafik editting on some CR2 pics around 23-25 mb each and 5 pics open in photoshop at the same time, but hey its still not a Desktop pc…

    Hi Guys,

yes Chris is right, I bourght the X1 instead of the X2, just because of the 4G, I cant see why I should buy a Tablet without 4G support, so stayed away from the X2. I fancy the X1 a lot, did fight a lot after upgrading to windows 10, but got it all working now and made as Chris says a Driver dump for windows 10 on the X1. After I bourght the X1 i havent had my Dell XPS 12 open one single time, its so much easyer and the X1 is snappy. The 4G is fast as hell on LTE network, much faster than my Huawei 4G dongle, Ipad mini and Ipad Air and X16hd (only 3G).
The new M2 mSata disk installed in the X1 is fast and much faster than the regular mSata. It dosent support 5Ghz wireless that I find a bit strange, but could be do to power issues. Normal browsing and text writing gives me at least 10 hours life and movie in mkv format around 6 hours….quite impressive and looks fantastic on a 12,2″ screen.
Could buy a surface 3 for the same amount of money, but once again why should I buy a Tablet without 4G support. Biggest problem I heard with the Surface is battery life, it last around 6 hours on lowest settings and no movie viewing.

Lets see how much I fancy the X1 in half a year, but for the time being its my favorite.

Did you put the driver in the right directory ?
Perhaps you need it in both the windows “inf” folder and in “system32/drivers”.

Finally found the solution. Now My Teclast X1 Pro is running windows 10 and with 4G support.

I made a complete driver backup and will ask Chris to make a Driver base for the X1 Pro and Sub directory for the X16HD for the 4G drivers.
The 4G modem is a Fibocom L810-GL and the drivers needs to be copy ed to system 32/drivers in the windows directory.

Teclast says on their own homepage an strictly only these Tablets listet supports Windows 10…. Yeah right they do not support Win 10.

Now I have a X16HD and a X1 Pro 4G with missing drivers with windows 10 and both are on the list !!!!!! and no freaking place to download drivers.

I tried this pack allready, but cant see any drivers for the Celluar. Tried all folders but cant find any. If some one could make a dump from windows 8.1 on X10HD or X16HD it could work on Win10…
