I brought my Chuwi Hi8 Pro duel boot about 2 weeks ago new and it came with windows 10 and android 5.1 preinstalled check out the screenshots.

ello my Hi8 arrived with win10 and android 5.1 preinstalled after 3 days from new a virus stopped windows from booting so I installed en_windows_10_pro_10240_x86_dvd successfully and run double driver 4.1.0 portable with Chuwi Hi8 drivers backup doubledriver.zip Double driver says restore worked successfully and all drivers are ready to use but after reboot NO drivers work. I have working windows 10 but no touchscreen no wifi no intel graphics no sound no sd card no cameras. Double Driver restore does not work and also installing the drivers manually by right click and install the .inf file also says completed successfully but after reboot does not work Plaese please how do I install drivers

Hi I had the same problem as well notice how many partitions there are . to get over this problem i deleted all system partitions and deleted recovery partitions as well then when windows formats the 16gb windows partition it creates new system and recovery partitions and allows windows to install.

I’m not certain but windows might also install if you only delete system partitions if not delete recovery as well 🙂

Hi I have installed windows 10 x86 and installed the Chuwi Hi8 drivers backup doubledriver.zip using Double Driver 4.10 as a administrator and also had to use vista compatibility mode. All drivers installed successfully except 1 Intel driver failed. I reboot but nothing works at all… windows loads and works fine but no wifi no sd card, no touch screen no sound bluetooth cameras ect. I have also tryed after to install all the drivers manually and this time all drivers installed successfully so I rebooted Still no drivers work. Any ideas on whats going wrong here ??

 

Chuwi please please we need proper installation drivers with exe files not this double driver nonsense.

A torrent link would be very useful does anyone have one ? My Hi8 Pro brand new got a bad virus after first 3 days and reset PC win 10 option did not work. Now windows won’t load anymore its Android only. I tryed to download the x5 windows 10 image rar files from Chuwi’s website but all or some are currupt and can not extract the image so a torrent is a good idear if any can provide a link please.
