Teclast Air X98 Air 3G User Reviews

Hi folks, I bought two: one for me and one for my son. A 50% success rate. One works fine, the other one has the widely reported problem with freezing and restarting and cannot be used. The working one is very good, fast, well built for the money and good value for money overall. I would say the quality controls are not there yet, so buy at your own risk.

I bought it in China and have to say really valueable for the price of 945 rmb. Already flashed it with mirek 5.0 v2. Have some problem with the camera, but other apps working as usual.

I have the c5j6 teclast x98 3g 64gig duel boot version.  From the start I have been getting throttling errors. I have contacted teclast with no response at all. Geekbuying has tried helping by providing me with a link to update the tablet myself but it won’t update. Stay away from this Tablet until all the problems are fixed. Way to buggy. Generally a nice tablet Pros Good screen resolution Not too heavy Speedy Good sound Great battery life Relatively inexpensive Cons I have KitKat 4.4.4 (not dual boot) and it occasionally restarts due to a crash.
