Chuwi HI10 Turning Off Randomly

I think this issue killed a hard drive for me, the tablet shut down while it was writing to a 2.5″ the drive without external power source 🙁

Just don’t shutdown when it’s on charge

hi guys

i received my chuwi hi10 1 day ago. i have the same random turn off. i have installed last bios for 5000+ serial number, but the problem continue…is there any solution or i send back to gear best??

 

my tablet is version with realtek wifi serial: q64g42151106915

solved the problem guys:

format your chuwi hi10 with chuwi official software (you can download it in chuwi forum) and don’t connect the tablet in internet….next stop the windows update process and automatic driver update in system settings. now my tablet don’t reboot random 😀

I’m having this issue too. Just at random times the tablet turns off.

I was able to fix it.. I had to open up the tablet and re-seat the display ribbon and made sure the heat pads were down all the way. Now the tablet works like it should.
