My i7 Stylus arrived last night, really impressed with the hardware in this thing. The OS was in terrible shape, I’m not sure what they did to it but it was not usable. Couldn’t even browse basic SSL without cert errors, and the Android emulator wasn’t even installed.
With a clean installation though, it flies. I didn’t buy the keyboard for it, and conveniently didn’t have a USB 3.0 hub but I was able to do a fresh Windows 10 install on it with a legitimate key, and used the driver installer from XDA. It’s actually really speedy, it handles Gamecube and Dreamcast games with ease. I’ve even thrown a few of my older games on it that were in my Steam account, and they play just fine too.
The only problem I have with it is that I miss Android, and would like to have it installed natively. haha
Maybe I’ll take that challenge.

Has anyone tried using a USB to 3.5mm DC cable like this one for charging the device through a regular, more portable Charger, without carrying that brick of a power adapter along?
March 22, 2016 at 8:30 pm #30434That would only supply 5v, the Cube i7 needs 12v.

Yeah, I had missed that…but I read it won’t draw more than 0.8A at 12V, so one could use adapters which support multiple voltages like some aukey and a xiaomi one, but the problem would then be the cable, since this tablet uses a 3.5mm jack…
What specifications must this cable meet exactly, then?

I am considering to buy a Glass Screen Protector for this tablet, as I will be using a stylus – which I read can really mark up the plastic pre-installed screen protector.
I would like owners of the tablet, who use it WITH a Stylus + Glass Protector to tell me
- Which Glass screen protector they bought, if they’re happy with it (transparency, reflectivity, touch responsiveness, durability)
- IF IT AFFECTS the Stylus in any way or if it gets marked up as well
Thank you.

Apparently, a rebranded Cube i7 Stylus, with full accessories (Keyboard-dock, Stylus Pen) is being sold in the US market under the name Cytrix/Mytrix Complex 11t at just 390$…
…if you are in the US, it’s like ordering it from those export sites, but being shipped to you from within USA and having the protection of Amazon.com
…not at all bad…

It is sold on Amazon UK too with Prime delivery. Ordered it on Monday go it yesterday. So the order was fulfilled from within the UK. Price is more than the US (£320) but as pointed out it gets to you next day and comes with the keyboard and stylus.
So far, so impressed. Win 10 was no problem. Steam is loaded and am playing Medieval Total War @ 1920 x 1080 with most things set to Medium and a few on High.
Couple of issues .
I can’t get Bluestacks to work?
Also, how do you re-activate touch control after using a mouse or the stylus? The only way I have found right now is to re-boot, can’t be right.
EDIT – just worked the Touchscreen question out. Simply touch the Windows symbol at the bottom and then the Start button and touch is activated.
So just to get Bluestacks to work now.

Instead of Bluestacks, I would install Linux as dual boot beside Win10, then you can install RemixOS on top of Linux. You’ll have 3 diff OS’s and Android apps will run faster, and more likely more compatable, than on Bluestacks.
May 28, 2026 at 5:39 am #248997Automatic license plate recognition software is a powerful AI-driven technology used to identify and analyze vehicle license plates from live or recorded video streams. Modern recognition systems combine computer vision and deep learning algorithms to detect plates with high accuracy even in difficult conditions such as nighttime environments, heavy traffic, rain, or high vehicle speeds. Businesses and government organizations use automatic license plate recognition software to automate vehicle access, improve traffic monitoring, and strengthen security operations. The technology has become an essential component of smart transportation infrastructure and intelligent surveillance systems.
