Your English is fine , we understand what you want to say (but please get rid of the HTML tags, though, it’s very annoying, as you can probably see for yourself). And thank you for posting in English. 🙂

As per your question : Yes, you’re right. Chuwi advertised this tablet as a 64-bit tablet running a 64-bit version of Windows 10, so if they sell this tablet with a 32-bit Windows 10 then that is deceiving the customer with false advertising. And as far as I know, that is illegal (at least here in Europe it is).
Chuwi claims that they are working on a solution. The question now is : when will this solution be ready for us ??? (this might take a couple of months)

I believe that we are fully within our rights to return the tablet back to the seller and get a full refund (based on the fact that the tablet was not delivered as advertised). So it’s up to you to decide if you want to return the tablet and get your money back, or ride it out and hope that we will have a true 64-bit tablet+OS soon…

Where exactly they advertised it is 64 bit system? They advertised it is 64 gig tablet, and the processor is 64 bit the advert was not stating it is 64 bit operating system. To be honest i assumed it is 64 bit OS but it was my false assumption, i blame my self for not reading all bits true. Today is 2015 so you can not imagine 32 bit OS. I Am almost sure we will all get 32 bit OS witch is ridiculous.

Edit: I thought you were talking about 32 but system, not OS….

    Who supplied it?

I’m glad the screen is good. I’m not so worried about the speakers.

well……… Screw that sh!t!…. Oh well.. I was hoping for a competitive tablet with competitive specs….

Does anyone know where the other 1gb of ram go?

Can someone confirm that it has been allocated for just graphics only? I rather have that than just 1gb floating in space…

Im afraid I cant at the moment, Im moving and all my USB 3.0 devices is in a box somewhere in the house Im moving to.

What I can tell you is that I have an old hard 2.5″ hard drive which I have put in a USB 2.0 drive enclosure. Windows wont even detect it on my stationary pc if it´s not connected to a USB 3.0 port. And on the Chuwi it detected it straight away so that is the best clue to it being a real USB 3.0 port I can give at the moment.
