There no xposed developement for INTEL X5
I don’t know if this is relevant but xposed work on teclast x98 air 3g.
different soc … i repeat no xposed development for x5.
if you don’ t trust me have a look on xda
What I've used and what I've got:
TECLAST X98 AIR 3G, TECLAST X98 AIR II, TECLAST X98 PRO,CHUWI HI8, CHUWI HI12, CUBE I9May 21, 2016 at 11:58 pm #38200AnonymousInactive- Posts: 49
Any ideas how to flash working recovery to flash Marshmallow?
May 25, 2016 at 11:17 am #38549OK – so I downloaded the files, but I noticed in the post that the script had to be “modified” to work. What do I need to do to run this and root? Please remember, I have rooted a few other tablets but I am a novice at this. I see you should NOT let SuperSU update binaries as doing that breaks this operation. Advice?
May 25, 2016 at 12:44 pm #38556Just use the script and do not update SuperSU after.
No need to modify the script or anything.Once rooted and SuperSU installed, disable notifications for SuperSU and auto-update in the Playstore so you won’t be bothered with updating. Don’t forget to check directly in SuperSU which app requested root though, as it may remove SuperSU pop-ups when an app requires root.

The soc is different, but that’s still an x86 tablet so the processor instructions are the same than in the Bay Trail SoC. I will give a shot tomorrow with my x98 plus… With the x98 air 3g, you just needed a few more step in order to avoid the bootloop by adding a file and change some permissions. If i fail, it will just take a matter of a few minutes to flash system and root again… I will update tomorrow.
May 26, 2016 at 4:16 pm #38687OK – this doesn’t work for work on my Windows 10 machine. I even ran the commands as Admin but no go. I tried on an XP Laptop, and I run into a WHOLE bunch of “CHMOD” errors (no such file exists). The tablet reboots fine once but I have no root access. Can anyone help me? My XP laptop has a screen brightness issue so I cannot see every command that fails in the batch file, but I did see the CHMOD issues and I know that is a Linux command. Again, no root access. Please find attached a screen capture of the error messages I am getting. I installed busybox pro and Super SU on the Chuwi Hi12 already, they reside on the tablet. Any help??

May 28, 2016 at 7:52 am #38883So there’s now way to install Xposed on an X5?
May 30, 2016 at 1:52 pm #39143Hey folks,
I just tried this on my fresh Hi 12 (arrived yesterday) and I’m getting some errors in the script the device reboots all fine, but no ROOT. I’ve had a look at the .bat file, but it’s a little late here and I’m getting square eyes. Anyone know how to fix this?

May 31, 2016 at 3:07 am #39261OK, unlock Bootlock ? Not sure I follow… (sorry I’m used to using Odin and Flashing Samsung Devices)
May 31, 2016 at 4:23 am #39266Try reinstalling the Intel Android Drivers from the download in the first post, if your driver was automatically installed by Windows it won’t work for this.
