Hello guys.
PLEAS!!!! if it’s working well with all the driver please give us a valid link to download the remix os please you will save so many of us if this os is able to correct the well known problem of unresponsive touchsreen on android side. Many thanks in advence.
July 25, 2016 at 10:07 am #44397Its working well, I am using it more then windows 10 at the moment the UI is better for a tablet IMO
Yes it solved the issues I had with the touchscreen in Android, it will wipe your windows partition if you install it though. I had to reinstall windows after I installed Remix but after that dual boot is working fine.

July 26, 2016 at 6:10 am #44497Which USB port do I use to flash this? Is it the micro USB port? Thanks. Also, I somehow managed it to download from the Chinese site and there are 2 versions in it, B2016052401 and B2016063001. What is the difference? Many thanks.
July 26, 2016 at 9:30 am #44511https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/7090863/Remix.rar get it before the usage limits are exceed
You sir are a legend.. thankyou!
July 26, 2016 at 10:10 am #44514@Lee ; is this version which lets you keep windows or one which erases it?
Thnx by the way! 🙂
July 26, 2016 at 10:20 am #44515Well seeing as I just messed up my Remix os install by trying to root I have now had to do a fresh install anyway
If you want to keep windows download the hi12.rar from here
http://forum.chuwi.com/thread-1447-1-1.html
extract the file and copy it to the folder you have extracted the firmware to and then select “flash-no-erase-all.json” instead of “flash.json” I can confirm it will not touch your windows partition (I used it not 5 mins ago)
July 26, 2016 at 12:37 pm #44525So no luck with the root then?
July 26, 2016 at 3:53 pm #44549No luck
following the instructions listed here results in a blank display
Tethered TWRP / Clean Root / Android exFAT+NTFS support for Hi12 Dual Boot
