I ‘solved’ the problem by buying a microsoft surface computer!
Tried everything with the Teclast F7 and nothing works. It’s fine on battery power but freezes as soon as you plug in the mains charger. Unusable for me. It really is a shame, I was very happy with everything about the F7, especially the keyboard and screen. I would even pay to get the motherboard repaired if anyone was offering that service.
