Hi I have a similar problem with my Teclast f15 which has only just started, must have had the laptop about 3/4 yrs. My problem is that the start menu keeps appearing on screen, then some keys will not work while others bring short cuts onto the screen making the laptop unusable. I have run trouble shooter for the keyboard no problems, did recovery a full one so wiped the machine and reinstalled windows, worked for a while then started to do the same thing. Dont know if it is a software problem corrupted file or a hardware problem, any ideas please.

    Hello Nicholas,

Consider your self very lucky that you got some years of use from Teclast. You are in the minority.

Your only cause of action is to trash your Teclast F15 and admit you were conned like hundred of other buyers.

Teclast obviously produces in the thousands of PCs and have at least a failure rate of 15 to 20% so what do they care.

They are sucking up their success on the other 80% and those with failed units can go to hell.

Teclast will not stand behind their products and you are better off trying another manufacturer.

Just accept that this is the modern Chinese version of doing business. Sell, sell, sell and ignore all failures.

Trying to get a response is the same as trying to get the truth about Covid 19 and Wuhan.

Hope you find a better company in the future

    Hola,
