What are the differences between them? I don’t know what I got.
Edit: Changed topic title from V4 or V5?
January 15, 2018 at 7:48 pm #77026Locked BIOS, Sandisk eMMC SDW64G, Printscreen button, very good Touchpad, 9W power limitation, no Keyboard lag should define the V5
January 15, 2018 at 9:12 pm #77033The original v4 doesn’t have keyboard lag either. It’s the 4.5 which has the lag (and also cut down bios I think).
January 15, 2018 at 10:03 pm #77038Ok, then I have a V5.
January 18, 2018 at 5:54 pm #77202V1 and V2 had WiFi n single band.
V3 has no SSD door, has ac wifi
V4 has the SSD door and good touch pad but slow nCard eMMC.
The V4s or V4.5 has a faster sandisk or Samsung eMMC but keyboard and WiFi problems.
I believe that’s right..
January 18, 2018 at 8:27 pm #77204V3 Bios Date 06/22/17 – Bios Tag 3BANS002
V4 Bios Date 08/07/17 – Bios Tag 3BANS010
V4.5 Bios Date 09/30/17 (not 100% shure about that) – Bios Tag 3BANS002 (again… not sure)
V5 Bios Date is 11/06/17 – Bios Tag 3BANS010
With more and more People willing to flash from V5 to V4 it is important to be sure about the Bios version.
Based on informations from another thread, V4.5 Hardware or Bios is different and not compatible with V4 Bios and flashing may cause a Brick.
January 19, 2018 at 1:16 am #77225…V5 Bios Date is 11/06/17 – Bios Tag 3BANS010…
According to the message BIOS JUMPER10x.P8.WP3132.NHNAUHL 01 07/12/17, SanDisk DF4064 also can be attributed to V5.
“Bios Tag 3BANS010” – Where does this information come from?
I have for V4.5 so ….Attachments:

Here’s another one. My Bios dated 5/Dec/17 – Jumper10x.P8.WP3132.NHNAUHL01. Ordered from Geekbuying before X’mas. received about 2 weeks ago.
January 19, 2018 at 9:47 am #77236I made a zip of all bios i could find, including their extracted setup region.
https://www.file-upload.net/download-12931007/BIOS.zip.html
BIOS_V4_Date_08_07_2017_21_21_55_Ver_3BANS010_JUMPER10x.P8.WP313R.NHNAUHN02.rom
BIOS_V5_Date_11_06_2017_14_30_19_Ver_3BANS010_JUMPER10x.P8.WP313P.NhNAUHL02.rom
BIOS_V6_Date_12_05_2017_19_25_21_Ver_3BANS010_Jumper10x.P8.WP3132.NHNAUHL01.romIt seems to be possible to change from v5 to v4. (done by John Smith)
It seems NOT to work to change from v4.5 to v4. (tried Juha Pirinen)
Did anybody change from v5 to v6 or v6 to v4?Also could someone upload a v4.5 bios?
January 19, 2018 at 10:39 am #77239I’ll upload bios from my V4.5 this evening. It’s dated 9-30-2017.
Just bought used Lenovo X220 for the time being… Cost the same than new EB3PRO.
January 19, 2018 at 11:32 am #77240I just received mine and the specs are:
Motherboard Model: Jumper P3132
BIOS Vendor: American Megatrends Inc.
BIOS Version: Jumper10x.P8.WP3132.NHNAUHL01
BIOS Release Date: 12/05/2017
BIOS Start Segment: F000
System BIOS Version: 5.12
Embedded Controller Firmware Version: 16.2Hard drives
SanDisk DF4064
Manufacturer SanDisk
Interface SD
Capacity 58 GBWhat version is mine?
EDIT: BIOS has no “Advanced” menu, just “Main”, “Security”, “Boot” and “Save&Exit”
January 19, 2018 at 11:42 am #77241Same as mine, which I would call either V6 or maybe still V5, I mean your BIOS Version says 5.1. I would like to compare this number to the other BIOS, but I don’t know how to extract this information from the other roms?
January 19, 2018 at 4:05 pm #77245Just to add, my BIOS has no “Advanced” menu, just “Main”, “Security”, “Boot” and “Save&Exit” …
January 19, 2018 at 5:02 pm #77246It is “funny”. Like the usual chinese “office companies” even Jumper do not know about BIOS versions. Every new transport from the main board company has another (probably not compatible) BIOS. Lucky draw! Do NOT update the BIOS!!! Only from BIOS_V5_Date_11_06_2017_14_30_19_Ver_3BANS010_JUMPER10x.P8.WP313P.NhNAUHL02 to BIOS_V4_Date_08_07_2017_21_21_55_Ver_3BANS010_JUMPER10x.P8.WP313R.NHNAUHN02 is OK, worked even for me!
PS: how will release Jumper BIOS updates in case of bugfixing or Meltdown??? I think NEVER, because the risk of brick is too high!
January 19, 2018 at 5:26 pm #77247I am really curious about flashing the BIOS_V4_Date_08_07_2017_21_21_55_Ver_3BANS010_JUMPER10x.P8.WP313R.NHNAUHN02.rom on a jumper with BIOS_V6_Date_12_05_2017_19_25_21_Ver_3BANS010_Jumper10x.P8.WP3132.NHNAUHL01.rom.
Does someone know, which System BIOS Version the V4 and V5 have?
