Hi, do you mind testing on windows, the sd card detection, if yours is 128gb?
April 21, 2016 at 8:20 am #34551Hi Mirek,
Is possible to install Xposed on this tablet?
I tried, but causes bootloop.Thanks for the work.
April 21, 2016 at 6:36 pm #34560battery still draining like hell. 40% down in two days without touching the tablet

Hi, only have a 32GB SD card installed, formatted Fat32. The card works without issue in both Android and Windows.
April 21, 2016 at 11:55 pm #34606Has anybody managed to get a joypad working with this ROM / Tablet? I’ve tried a PS4 pad and no matter what I do I cannot get it to be recognised when plugging in via USB OTG. Works fine in Windows and on my other Android devices……. Tried Sixaxis enabler and Sixaxis Controller from the play store and neither recognise it. We have to use a wired pad, because the Realtek 8723BS wireless adapter can’t handle bluetooth and wifi simultaneously. Absolutely s**t wifi card.
April 22, 2016 at 12:23 am #34609Thanks for trying, Androidgismo, 128gb sdxc is the problem, apparently it was solved with a6c7, I never had a problem with mine on both android & windows, until mirek v3, I’m now trying to roll back windows with stock firmware, hopefully solve the problem…
April 22, 2016 at 7:33 am #34621That ‘s exactly why I did not flash Mirek’ s great Rom on my A6C9 yet. I am very afraid of getting faulty SD-access. All my cards work just like a charme on stock.
Mirek: Would it be possible to not flash the new Win10-System driver? Even better, if your installation routines could leave Win10-System untouched.
April 22, 2016 at 7:52 am #34623Mirek’s rom install procedure doesn’t change anything on Windows side… The problem is on the bios and the way Android manage the SD microcontroler.
Mirek’s have updated the intel driver on the Android side, not on the Windows one.
In fact, in my case, the SD was working well under windows until I switched into Android and then come back to windows (on the stock rom). Now is not working at all… If you go to bios and reset defaults, maybe you could make the SD working again, but if you return to Android it will fail again…
Hope the new bios will fix this problem, but I insist, IT’S A BIOS PROBLEM FOR SURE!!!
April 22, 2016 at 8:27 am #34626I’ve tried everything mentioned in the other thread about sd cards including bios, etc… & mirek’s change log said:
- added new drivers from intel – should works fine with win 10 now.
Seeing that my tablet has no issues with sd cards before mirek v3, can’t see how it’s a bios problem… I’ve seen no one with a6c7 having sd problems on windows, no need to insist on anything, tq.
ps: in any case, we’ll find out soon enough as soon as I manage to download a6c7 stock and reflash that, downloading super slow though, will take a while, meanwhile, chill.
April 22, 2016 at 10:57 am #34636I am the one who own a A6C7 with error code 10 problem on the Windows side.
When I received the tablet, my Kingston 128GB SDXC (formatted as NTFS) worked fine on both Android and Windows.
But two days later, the SD card slot just don’t read any card on Windows side, including a Toshiba 32GB;
and there’s no problem on the Android side.
I encountered this problem BEFORE I flashed mirek’s ROM.
So IMHO, it has nothing to do with mirek’s ROM.
April 22, 2016 at 12:03 pm #34640Thanks for sharing, never had a problem with 32gb and below, before and after flashing… & when I said I read a6c7 had no issues with sd, I meant what I read in techtablet & xda… wasn’t referring to any particular person’s post.
Update: Fixed!
Device Manager, downgraded SD Host adapters, all 3 controllers, to Intel SD Host Controller version 6.3.9600.16408, card detected without error even before reboot.
Now I’m going to turn off all automatic updates to prevent it from updating. I’ll finish downloading and flashing the stock though, to find out whether this is the original driver that came with tablet, will be interesting to know…

Where can I find this driver? Can I also use it on my A5C8
April 22, 2016 at 4:01 pm #34683Device Manager ->
SD host adapters ->
Update Driver Software ->
Browse my computer for driver software ->
Let me pick … ->
There’s 2 version of driver in mine, 10.0.10240.16515 and 6.3.9600.16408 unsigned, I tested both & 1 works. Either the driver has always been there or I installed it from all the troubleshooting attempts, I can’t remember, which is also why I’m trying to download & flash stock rom to find out what’s the original version that worked.
I can extract it for you to test when I’m back home, now on mobile, cheers.
April 22, 2016 at 5:06 pm #34690This is the windows 8 driver. We have talked about it. It’s working, but very slow (chech this with Crystal) but at least is working.
The other one is the pre 1511 windows 10 nativedriver. This is because you have not update your windows up to the last November 1511 cumulative update version. If you will do some day, then you’ll have a 10.10586.xxx version driver (I cannot remember the exact name, but it has 10586 according to the windows build version)…
