Your tablet is only Windows. You must hack it to be able to put Android on it.

There is an specific the thread for it, and I guess this will break the camera… Have a look to this thread (make the A6C7 dual system)

You didn’t understand me. Your model cannot have an specific rom, because the bios is only for Windows system.

You can use this ROM (or another Android rom) only if you hack your tablet. That’s all.

Just wondering if these Kionix touch drivers for Android are newer than the one included in the Teclast Rom/kernel and if so can they be integrated into the next release:  http://www.kionix.com/downloads

The Windows Kionix touch drivers are newer than the one provided with the tablet.

thanks for the great work. I am trying to flash this ROM but somehow it’s not working (this is my first flashing attempt on the X98). I have installed both driver packages, i run the flasher, choose the option, <waiting for device> appears. I put the tablet in DNX mode, the “DNX fastboot mode” message appears. i connect the USB cable, but then the device seems to get out of fastboot mode into the OS selection screen.

is there any way how to make the device stay in DNX mode? usually my computer requires 1-2 minutes to recognize a new USB device, but the tablet goes out of DNX mode much faster…

 

edit: i found elsewhere that i need to boot android first, then enter fastboot. now its working

mirek, i noticed that android battery stats are not working in your rom as well (same as in stock). is there a way to enable it, or teclast forgot to write some important driver for it?

I think is missing some classes in framework …i try to fix it .

Would xposed framework be an option here? And if not could someone please explain why its possible on x98 air 3g and not on x98 plus so i dont need to think more about it 🙂

The ROM seems to be faster than Supercowz’s. A couple of issues for me:

1) I selected a clean install but all my data were kept.
2) I can’t find the setting for 3-5-7 buttons on the bottom
3) Messenger doesn’t work. I tried some older versions but they don’t work either. Does anyone know a version that certainly works?

for 2) you need to connect the phone to your computer while running android and run the file buttons_mod.bat (its in the readme)

for 3) i think thats the same issue as with facebook. mirek said new facebook versions are not running on x86 cpus, but i could’t google that nowhere

Clean install works well ( tested many times )

Are you sure you have  choosen proper option ?

Hi Mirek, I install the rom but i have a problem with two games. There are Clash of Clans and Clash Royale. With your rom clean installed they opens but crashes while loading but when i installed few apps from play store the games does not start, they stays with black screen and no response from them.

Can you fix it?

For 1 I guess I chose the wrong option

for 2, I’m sorry I should have read it, only read to the rom installation

for 3, I found a version that works, 15019195
