Just got an email from paypal that gearbest refunded my money.

My follow up question is who or where can i buy this thing that it would ship quickly?

It would seem Teclast have supply issues on this model. Your best beat would be Banggood.com, they say it ships out in 1 business day. And if they don’t have stock they post when new stock is expected.

I haven’t got my Gearbest refund yet.

I always said i when the cherry trails came out with a dual boot i was going to get one.

@justusiv Yes, the Chuwi Hi10 looks the most promising. Dual USB 3.0 ports, X5 Z8500, 4GB, keyboard dock and a 1920 x 1200 16:10 screen. I got my refund from GB today, just ordered from Banggood.com yesterday and it shipped today. What a difference! I just received a response from GearBest about my refund request. I requested it on paypal and they responded on their own system… not shady at all…

I basically responded saying NO that I won’t close the case and if they don’t reply on paypal then I’m escalating it. That was yesterday and I haven’t received a reply or an update on my paypal request…

I will never use GearBest again…

nice decision, i also dispute them through paypal and yet to receive call from paypal (they usually call to verify).

I ordered at gearbest on 14th of September and as you all know, they are not able to ship any…

So i cancelled my order yesterday and got my refund on Paypal this morning. (that was pretty fast btw, compared to some others in the forum here)

My Order with Banggood was processed and shipped within one day. That is what i call good customer service!

Hi.. FYI… I think Aliexpress was not too bad service…(from OKQI or something like that!). They were prompt in replying to my queries and helped sort out a bit of my miss-ordering of options…

Anyway – quick rundown of timeframe…(wished I’d ordered DHL, but missed finding it during checkout as I’m new to Ailexpress…)

Ordered 14th/15th Sept, Shipping notification (using 17track) 22nd Sept, Royal Mail gave me a grey card for customs cost of £13 on 6th Oct and I promptly went & picked up from Delivery Centre…

 

Pretty much as expected (OKQI did warn me there was high demand on initial release…), so I’m pretty happy…still getting used to Tablet… dual boot seems to work OK…K9C6 … where do you find BIOS version?
