I had this problem 2 days ago, and FOR ME it was a driver issue. I dissable the automatic driver update of windows 10 and finito.
February 9, 2016 at 11:17 pm #25571First of all, thank you for the answer. WTF! Let me explain what just happend because it is like a poltergeist! I tried what you said twice… With the driver already installed and uninstalled abd it didn’t work. But surprisingly after the second try, the touchscreen stop working (phantom touches) and the wifi too xDD… this tablet is amazing… I uninstalled and reinstalled everything and now it is working again. I don’t know what just happend, i did it correctly… I mean I know how a bios works and I didn’t touch any other option, it seems like a bios compatibility problem.
But it seems the idea is correct, I have to figure it out what the other options do maybe in my tablet the camera is another option.
February 2, 2016 at 9:49 pm #24800I updated the bios and formated and got everything working except the HM2056.
Same here =(
January 28, 2016 at 11:38 pm #24195If you post a picture of the SCU->Advanced->LPSS & SCC Configuration page from your tablet I can check if it differs from mine (assuming you have the Vi10/Vi10 Pro). Do you have Android any more, if so do the cameras work with it? On the Windows side what errors are you getting, if any?
Yes is the Vi10 Pro, version 221511… Where can i find this? I think in the bios no? I have to say that I changed the bios when I format the first time (following tutorials)… It was the same version but not the same build date, mine was 10/30/2015 and now I dont know exactly (I have to check) but it is an early date.
Something more in case you know… The sound it’s ok, but sometimes when I play something (It doesn’t matter if the tablet is mute) I hear a very low fuzzy sound like white noise (with the earphones too), It is not so annoying… but if it’s possible I want to fix it =)
Thank you very much
January 27, 2016 at 7:00 pm #24014I don’t know if you already tried but… Just download the “ultimate pack génesis” open the “touch” folder, install it – Reboot. And then copy “MYI2C.sys and icnfirmware.sys” on C:\windows\system32\drivers… reboot and that’s all. I have the same model as you 221511, but the 64gb one.
I want to ask you a favor, please in case your front camera Works… could you backup the drivers and upload it to OneDrive, google drive, etc and send it to me…? and if you have the bios the same.
Everything Works great in Windows 10 except for the front camera, the HM2056… and think it is because of the bios, because i changed it… I have the same versión but the date is different, my stock one was 10/30/2015 – J1D_S165C_206
January 25, 2016 at 11:04 pm #23687I am left with only 1 driver problem with HM2056 after following the suggestion here. Both cameras are working fine when I switch to Android. Any advice?
I have the same problem… i don’t know what to do
January 25, 2016 at 7:15 pm #23669hmmm i’m not upgrade bios. I have sn 32g221511
Oh, ok, nevermind. All I know is that I have seen that error before: ” (Kod 10) (Can’t run this device. (code 10)) The device returned an invalid HID descriptor.” But it only happens to me when I flash Bios G1D, and I have to flash the older Bios J1D (V1032G Dual Boot BIOS111 (8.2 MiB)), and install the correct “Chuwi Vi10 Touch Drivers Installer (74.5 KiB)” file in order to make it work. But again, experiment at your own risk. “
I have a lot of doubts now… I just flashed the bios you say and it’s the G1D! and you said here that had to flash the J1D. I’m very confused… I have the J1D everything works except for the front camera… I think I just lost my time
January 25, 2016 at 6:02 pm #23656I have 22150504522 install windows 10 version.1511 10586 then install 76.6 mb driver from win 8 section.with double.driver
I don’t understand. Do I have to install an specific windows 10 version (1511 10586)¿? Why? =S
January 25, 2016 at 5:16 pm #23652Hi I have 221511 32gb
And you don’t have the broadcom wifi & bluetooth drivers and the non realtek audio card? Because with the Double Driver backup you post is imposible to this drivers.
January 25, 2016 at 1:42 pm #23611I’m going to try what you post… I already watched this video before, but i thought it was only for the old model. Which is your model umair? Mine is the 221511… 64 gb with the broadcom wifi, audio, etc.
January 21, 2016 at 6:45 pm #23255Ya he visto como se puede sacar una imagen booteable del install.wim. Es que borraste tu partición tio¿?
January 21, 2016 at 3:30 pm #23235Hola.
January 19, 2016 at 2:27 pm #22989I have the same problem. I dont know what to do… =(
January 18, 2016 at 9:18 pm #22931turn off fast boot, i got this from a youtube video i believe, and it seen’s to work, go to your energy options and unchecked fastboot (if needed use google to see where the option is :P)
It doesn’t work for me… I tried disabling the fast boot option and nothing, my rear cámera works but not the front one. If i go to the device manager I always have the exclamation signal in the “Camera Sensor HM2056″… Which drivers did you use?
Fast boot option is not there.i looked at power option.it is hidden.can you send me youtube link?many thanks
